1. Inspection Booking Cancellation

  • If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection, you will receive a full refund (minus any payment processing fees).
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of $[amount] will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

2. Inspection Non-Completion

  • If our inspector cannot complete the inspection due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., vehicle not accessible, unsafe conditions) before the inspection begins, you will receive a full refund minus any incurred costs.
  • If the inspector has already traveled to the inspection location but cannot complete the inspection, a partial cancellation fee of $[amount] will be charged, with the remaining balance refunded.

3. Inspection Report Accuracy

  • We stand behind the accuracy of our inspection reports. If there is a significant error or technical issue in the report, please contact us within 7 days for review and possible refund or re-inspection.
